Admissions for 2024-2025

Registration for 2024-2025 opens the week of January 8th, 2024. Fill out an admissions inquiry form to get notified once registration opens.

Admissions Process for New Families

We encourage you to browse our site to become familiar with our school program, schedule & fees. 

1. Admissions Inquiry Form

2. School Tour

Once the admissions inquiry form is received, we will reach out to you to schedule a 15 minute school tour given in the mornings between 9-11 am. Parents unable to attend morning tours can schedule for a later time by emailing Sarah at [email protected]. 

During the school tour you will observe a classroom and discuss your individual interests and expectations with the Educational Director.

You will also schedule your child's 15 minute playdate between 9-11 am. 

3. In-School Playdate

During the 15 minute playdate, your child will have the opportunity to engage with our creative materials and interact with the children in the classroom. You will also meet the teachers. 

4. Registration Forms

After your school visit, a registration packet will be sent to you to fill out and return to the school. Only after all the forms have been received, your child's application will be reviewed. Families are kept up to date on the status of each application, especially if any necessary information is missing. 

*Please note all children are required to be up to date with their immunizations as stated by the law of California, and will be required to send in a copy of their birth certificate. 

5. Notification

The last phase of the application process is notification and, if the student is accepted, issuance of a Tuition Agreement. The Tuition Agreement must be signed and returned with a non-refundable registration fee. The registration fee secures the applicant’s place at the Preschool. Please note that no application is confirmed until the registration fee is received.
